Mini-Tut: How I Draw Paws by CoyoteMange Mini-Tut: How I Draw Paws by CoyoteMange
i know these aren't /perfect/ but i was doodling paws today and thought i'd turn it into a little tut.

the first two boxes are drawings that i traced from photos i took of a skinned wolf (i used to work at a museum), and i tried to figure out the skeleton and furred versions using references. top box is front paw, second box is back paw.

bottom box is just a few really quick step by steps of how i like to draw paws from various angles. just sit down one day and draw a bunch of paws, look at a bunch of dog feet, it's kind of fun :]

feel free to trace or reference these images, if it is helpful for you~

Thank you for posting this, I've never really given much thought to the skeletal structure of paws before.
